One of the key factors for success is the design and production of high-precision molds, the quality of which directly influences the precision and quality of the produced pieces.
Micro-injection molding, a technique that allows the production of very small components and highly detailed parts from thermoplastic materials, is a technology based on the concept of traditional injection molding.
The production process begins with the design of the mold. Subsequently, after the molten polymer has been injected into the mold cavity (used to create the force and details of the product), it can reproduce the shape, cool down, and be expelled as final plastic products.
